Reclaiming the 'I' in Work online workshop

Summary

Work for many people has increasingly become more focused on purpose and aligning to our personal values. For some, even that isn’t enough to achieve personal fulfilment that feeds the soul. The result is a population of seekers who are keen to explore how they can shift their experience, either inside an organisation or outside a conventional work environment, to better align with their values and purpose. Space is needed to safely explore this concept while gaining practical advice about how to achieve it. Our workshop will create that space and provide practical advice to support those who want to explore a work life without boundaries.

What to expect

We will combine some content with personal storytelling to create context and set the scene. We will use guided writing exercises followed by an invitation to bring in your own stories as a way to bring the content to life, personliase it and begin to start answering the question, "What now?"

Who should attend

We aim to reach anyone who is questioning their current work environment, noticing it is not aligned with their personal values and purpose in a way that feels like a good fit. We want to reach those who both want to stay in a conventional work environment and those who want to try something different.
